A service provider based in Switzerland is used to arrange hosting and provide technical maintenance for this website. Amy Supreme carries out the technical work on behalf of this provider. This work may involve necessary access to website files, technical logs and website backups. Amy Supreme handles personal enquiries received by email or WhatsApp herself; these enquiries are outside the technical maintenance assignment.

The website is delivered using the infrastructure of Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Switzerland. Technical request data, such as IP addresses, request times, requested resources and browser information, is processed to deliver and secure the website. Its published data-processing agreement distinguishes processing of hosted customer data on instructions from processing for its own purposes. Infomaniak’s published general terms (Article 15.1) state that data entrusted to it is stored in its own data centres in Switzerland. This storage statement is not a blanket statement about every recipient or all processing activities. The specific contract version and subprocessors used for these services have not been fully verified. A complete service-specific list of recipients is therefore not guaranteed here. Infomaniak documents a minimum retention of seven days for web access and error logs; a reliable maximum retention period for the specific hosting service used is not currently available. Its web-hosting specification describes daily file and database backups retained for seven days in another Infomaniak data centre in Switzerland. Backup retention is separate from log retention.

Cookies, tracking and media

The landing-page code does not set analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, use browser storage or include visitor-tracking scripts. The hosting platform may use cookies or technical data for access control and security.

Images and teaser videos are served with this website. Instagram and other external websites are links, rather than embedded services. Following a link takes you to that provider, where its own privacy information applies.

Email contact

The email address on this website opens your email app. This page does not submit a contact form or store a message on its own server. If you send an email, your address, message and any details you provide are processed to handle your enquiry. The contact mailbox contact@amysupreme.ch is hosted directly by Infomaniak. The planned retention period for completed general enquiries is twelve months after they have been dealt with, followed by deletion. This period describes the intended retention policy; it does not imply that automatic deletion has already been configured. Contractual and accounting records are handled separately under their applicable retention requirements. The Mail Service terms listed in the Infomaniak account provide for daily backups of email content, retained for seven consecutive days. The kSuite terms refer to these specific terms for the mail service. This technical backup period is separate from our retention period for completed contact enquiries. This does not provide a guarantee of recovery over thirty days.

WhatsApp contact

The Contact button opens WhatsApp as an external service. WhatsApp is not embedded in this landing page. Opening this link connects you to WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes account, usage and device information under its own privacy information, including international processing such as in the United States. Its European-region policy identifies WhatsApp Ireland Limited as the service provider. See WhatsApp privacy information. Amy Supreme uses messages you send to handle your enquiry. Amy Supreme uses the WhatsApp Business app for this contact channel. Chat backups for this contact channel use Apple iCloud. According to the most recently documented settings, end-to-end encryption for these WhatsApp backups is disabled. This statement concerns WhatsApp backup end-to-end encryption and does not describe all encryption used by iCloud. The retention policy for completed general WhatsApp enquiries is twelve months after closure, with a monthly deletion review. Individual messages needed for contractual matters, statutory retention or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims are handled separately. This describes the agreed retention policy; it does not imply that automatic deletion has already been configured. The current extent of device copies, address-book permissions and specific backup deletion periods have not been fully verified. No fixed period for the complete deletion of all backup copies is therefore guaranteed. Provider delivery-storage periods do not determine how long copies remain on our devices or in backups.
